7. Group Coaching Confidentiality
In group programmes:
Participants will see each other’s first names on Zoom.
Group discussions and breakout rooms may involve shared experiences.
Clients are asked to keep information discussed within the group confidential.
I cannot guarantee that other participants will always uphold confidentiality.
Any recordings (if applicable) will only be made with clear prior notice and will be securely stored.
8. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored using secure, password-protected systems including:

Cloud storage (iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive)
Paper notebooks stored securely
Encrypted systems used by third-party providers
I take all reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Discovery call notes: up to 12 months
